two years ago today...
A Korean Air jet touched down in Vladivostok with Gloria and I on board. Nervous about starting a new Chapter in our lives that today is the norm. We wouldn't have it any other way. The kids have grown in so many ways, yet they start each day with that wide open, ready to take on the world and all the new things it has to offer, attitude. We Love it...

First day of school 2011
Keegan is a senior.
Kristina is in third grade.
John is in first grade.
Just some fun first day pictures!
A family wedding.....
We had a wedding for our nephew on August 5th. The wedding was Chicago Bears themed, so we had to get into it as you can see below.
We had a blast, and this was the first wedding that the kids got to be at both the wedding and the reception. They had a blast and even danced a little.
As you can see from the picture below…..Keegan caught the garter and my niece Sarah caught the bouquet. This is the third time Keegan has caught a garter but we are certainly not trying to marry him off.
What an awesome cake!
College Visit for Keegan
While we were down in Orlando, we went on a college visit for Keegan at Full Sail University which is in Winter Park, Florida. I can not say that I am looking forward to him going off to college, but this school is very very nice. We were very lucky that we got to see three groups of students showcase their final projects. The visit was very educational and I know that if that is where he decides to go to school, he will be in great hands.
Vacation 2011
Outside the Contemporary Hotel
We went to Disneyworld again this year. We as a family love that place. It is the happiest place on Earth, isn't it? The kids were even more excited this year than they were last year. We went on all the rides again and even kept the kids out quite late. The weather was very HOT but we believe it also kept the crowds down. The longest wait was about 45 – 50 minutes. Not to bad.

Trip to Michigan
We took the kids to the Indiana Dunes for the first time. They enjoyed the sand but the water was really cold. So we stayed for a few hours and then Kenny decided to take a ride into Michigan. I have cousins that have cottages in Indian Lake, Michigan so we made our way up there and the kids got to swim and ride on a jet ski. They all had a blast.
