"Any day now"
Well WACAP tells us that they expect to receive a court date for us "any day now". At this point we are not getting to excited about that. We are however gearing up for a possible last minute/short notice trip as we were informed that the Judge has 60 days from receipt of our file to hear our case. Our file was received by the court in early July....

I have all of my fingers and toes crossed for you to get a court date soon. I am ready to read your update saying that you HAVE A COURT DATE!!!
